New consumer behaviours and attitudes have come to light and online purchases have become even more popular. This developmental change has forced retailers and brands to adapt to the shifting demands and find new ways to address their customer's needs. This evolution has accelerated cross-border e-commerce and motivated retailers to improve processes and eliminate friction.
To gain better insights into the behaviours of online shoppers ESW conducted the Global Voices 2021: Cross-Border Insights survey, in which they examined the behaviour of 22’000 consumers in 11 countries around the globe.
